Kaustubh is the Founding Partner of the Firm and heads its Corporate, Commercial and Dispute Resolution practice.
Since the inception of the Firm, he has worked on several prestigious assignments, which include Restructuring of several Family owned businesses, representing the interests of various Educational Institutions, acquisition of high value property and development of residential townships in the NCR.
Kaustubh is regularly consulted on Pre-Litigation and Litigation strategies including, but not limited to, advising on pre-determined alternate modes of Dispute Resolution, Exit strategies in case of deadlock, Choice of applicable law and all possible legal solutions to balance the conflicting interests. He routinely advises on all aspects of compliances, transactions and monetization of assets.
Several judgments, where Kaustubh has been the lead counsel, have been reported, and his role has been appreciated by the courts. Also, as lead arguing counsel, Kaustubh has successfully represented the interests of his clients in high value arbitrations. Kaustubh takes substantial interest in mediation and many of his cases have resulted in beneficial conclusion, after amicable settlement.
Kaustubh has been associated with the International Bar Association (IBA) since several years and is the Website Officer of its Mediation Committee. He is also a part of IBA’s prestigious India Contact Group.
As part of the firm’s advocacy and research initiative, Kaustubh has written several research papers and regularly conducts legal awareness workshops and seminars.
Kaustubh graduated from Army Institute of Law, Mohali and is professionally affiliated with Bar Council of Delhi, Delhi High Court Bar Association and International Bar Association.

Surbhi is the co-founder of the Firm and heads the Firm’s Intellectual Property, Competition Law, Trade, TMT, Regulatory and Policy practice. She is also the Practice Lead of the research initiatives undertaken by the Firm.
Surbhi has been consulted by our key and valued clients on issues pertaining to Intellectual Property, Competition, Information Technology & E Commerce, Media and Entertainment laws and Confidentiality issues. Surbhi is also routinely engaged by speciality boutique firms and other lawyers to advise their clients on Competition law & Trade remedial measures. Surbhi also serves on the panel of various statutory Industry Associations, Professional Regulatory bodies and Public Sector undertakings.
Surbhi has led key projects of the firm on IP Due Diligence, Licensing, Franchising and Technology Transfer transactions, Development and Monetizing of IP platform etc. to name a few. She was the counsel for the informant in the initiation of competition law investigation against Google in India. Also, her representation in securing relief for family of a victim in a lift accident case was highly reported.
Surbhi has written several research papers for leading publications on Publicity and Privacy Law, Sports Law, IP Due Diligence, Franchising Law etc. Surbhi has acted as Research analyst on Competition Law and Policy for Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi where she provided inputs on issues pertaining to interplay of Competition Law with Intellectual Property, WTO regime, inter-regulator co-ordination and International co-operation. She also acted as a Resource Faculty in Training for several entities and has actively been involved in debates and discussions on policy formulations and execution. She has added value and contributed to various research initiatives, as part of her association with International Bar Association.
